The park benefits from a twelve month licence which gives you the freedom to use your Holiday Home all year round. It is important to note that your Holiday Home may only be used for holiday purposes, it cannot become your main residence and we are not able to have personal mail delivered to the park.
Yes, providing the overseas property is your main residence.
Many of the Holiday Home owners at Waveney Valley Lakes are retired and spend extended periods of their time at the park. However, if you wish to do this you will need to retain a main residence elsewhere from the park.
Immediate family members are welcome to visit and to stay, but we do ask that the Park Office is notified if family other than the Holiday Home owners are staying on the park. Friends may visit you while you are staying at the Holiday Home, but they are unable to stay on the park if you are not present.
Waveney Valley Lakes is a holiday park exclusively for the use of Holiday Home owners, who can enjoy a quiet and relaxed environment undisturbed by the comings and goings of visiting holiday makers. As one of the measures in place to help protect this peaceful atmosphere, the sub-letting of Holiday Homes is not permitted.
Owners are welcome to bring two dogs. We do ask that cats not be brought onto the park due to their impact on the bird population. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
The Waveney Valley Lakes Park Rules are available on request and exist to ensure everyone visiting the park has a relaxed, safe and enjoyable time with us.
