COVID update

Reopening from 10am on Thursday 3rd December

We are pleased to tell you that we will be opening from 10am on Thursday 3rd December and look forward to welcoming you back.

Please note that we are classified as in the Hospitality Sector and are only allowed to re-open by following strict guidelines and Covid protocols.

To this effect we have a direct responsibility towards our staff and clients so please note the following;

Clients whose home addresses are classified as Tier 3 are not supposed to visit holiday homes or be away from home overnight so these clients should not return to the Park until their Tier 3 restrictions are lifted.

As the Park is Tier 2 there should be no mixing of households indoors so visitors will not be permitted entry to the Park with the exception of the period 23rd -27th Dec when the special holiday regulations should be adhered to.

If Norfolk were to become re-classified as Tier 3 we would have to immediately close the Park.

Barrier passes will not be reactivated until we have received your first notification of arrival which we have logged onto our Track and Trace records. Please give us advance notice, ideally by email.

How to find us...

Waveney Valley Lakes lies on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, on the A143, 15 miles north of Diss and 25 miles south of Great Yarmouth. The driveway to the Park entrance is close to the centre of the village of Wortwell and is off the High Road.
